  1. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for the provision of leisure, accommodation and catering services, as well as for reservations and payments made via the Letnisko Wisola website.<\/p><\/li>

  2. These Terms & Conditions take effect once a reservation is made or a deposit or full payment is received.<\/p><\/li>

  3. The Service Provider is Letnisko Wisola, operated by Rafa\u0142 Topolski Topol, Starzyce 13\/2, 73-120 Starzyce, Tax ID (NIP): 8542120851.<\/strong> <\/p><\/li>

  4. The Terms and Conditions are available on our website and at the reception desk.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \u00a7 II. Key Definitions <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    • Guest<\/strong> \u2013 any person making a reservation or using the services.<\/p><\/li>

    • Reservation <\/strong>\u2013 a booking of a stay or service made through the website, by phone or by email.<\/p><\/li>

    • Stay day<\/strong> \u2013 the period from check-in to the designated check-out time (e.g. from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.).<\/p><\/li>

    • Additional service<\/strong> \u2013 such as equipment rental or leisure activities.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payment service provider<\/strong> \u2013 Przelewy24.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \u00a7 III. Booking and Payment Terms <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. Reservations can be made online, via email or by phone.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Every reservation is confirmed by email, providing details of the price, deposit amount and cancellation terms.<\/p><\/li>

      3. For online payments, transactions are processed through Przelewy24. The client receives a unique payment reference number, which should be retained.<\/p><\/li>

      4. A deposit of 500 PLN is required \u2014 failure to make the payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.<\/p><\/li>

      5. Any remaining balance must be paid on the day of arrival or according to the terms stated in the reservation confirmation.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \u00a7 IV. Check-in and Check-out <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        1. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in.<\/p><\/li>

        2. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.<\/p><\/li>

        3. Extending your stay after check-out is possible with prior agreement from the reception and may incur additional fees.<\/p><\/li>

        4. Guests may use the facility as specified in their reservation and may not transfer the reservation to third parties.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \u00a7 V. Guest Obligations and Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their children, visitors or pets.<\/p><\/li>

          2. Guests are required to report any damage and promptly notify the staff.<\/p><\/li>

          3. Disturbing other guests is not permitted \u2013 quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.<\/p><\/li>

          4. Smoking is permitted exclusively in designated smoking areas.<\/p><\/li>

          5. The Service Provider may refuse accommodation to persons who are heavily intoxicated or who disturb public order.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            \u00a7 VI. Pricing, Cancellations and Refunds <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            1. All prices are stated in PLN and include VAT.<\/p><\/li>

            2. The deposit is non-refundable.<\/p><\/li>

            3. Cancellations are permitted only if submitted in writing.<\/p><\/li>

            4. Early departure does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \u00a7 VII. Additional Services & Equipment <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              1. Recreational equipment rentals (kayaks, pedal boats, SUP boards) are provided according to the price list and the rental terms & conditions.<\/p><\/li>

              2. Activities such as paintball, outdoor games and sports activities are provided by external operators \u2013 Guests may be asked to sign separate terms & conditions.<\/p><\/li>

              3. Guests are liable for the equipment they use.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                \u00a7 IX. Claims and Complaints <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                1. Complaints should be submitted via email, by phone or in writing (contact address and email provided).<\/p><\/li>

                2. A response will be provided within no more than 30 business days.<\/p><\/li>

                3. When submitting a complaint, the Guest may request:<\/p>

                  • a price reduction for the service<\/p><\/li>

                  • a full or partial refund of the amount paid<\/p><\/li>

                  • removal of defects or provision of the service in accordance with the agreement<\/p><\/li>

                  • an alternative form of compensation as agreed with the Service Provider.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    Complaints are processed promptly, and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    1. These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of the agreement between the Guest and Letnisko Wisola.<\/p><\/li>

                    2. By making a reservation or payment, the Guest accepts all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.<\/p><\/li>

                    3. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions are published on the website and take effect from the time of publication.<\/p><\/li>

                    4.
