Terms and Conditions of Wisola Resort

§ I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for the provision of leisure, accommodation and catering services, as well as for reservations and payments made via the Letnisko Wisola website.

  2. These Terms & Conditions take effect once a reservation is made or a deposit or full payment is received.

  3. The Service Provider is Letnisko Wisola, operated by Rafał Topolski Topol, Starzyce 13/2, 73-120 Starzyce, Tax ID (NIP): 8542120851.

  4. The Terms and Conditions are available on our website and at the reception desk.

§ II. Key Definitions

  • Guest – any person making a reservation or using the services.

  • Reservation – a booking of a stay or service made through the website, by phone or by email.

  • Stay day – the period from check-in to the designated check-out time (e.g. from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.).

  • Additional service – such as equipment rental or leisure activities.

  • Payment service provider – Przelewy24.

§ III. Booking and Payment Terms

  1. Reservations can be made online, via email or by phone.

  2. Every reservation is confirmed by email, providing details of the price, deposit amount and cancellation terms.

  3. For online payments, transactions are processed through Przelewy24. The client receives a unique payment reference number, which should be retained.

  4. A deposit of 500 PLN is required — failure to make the payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

  5. Any remaining balance must be paid on the day of arrival or according to the terms stated in the reservation confirmation.

§ IV. Check-in and Check-out

  1. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

  2. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

  3. Extending your stay after check-out is possible with prior agreement from the reception and may incur additional fees.

  4. Guests may use the facility as specified in their reservation and may not transfer the reservation to third parties.

§ V. Guest Obligations and Liability

  1. Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their children, visitors or pets.

  2. Guests are required to report any damage and promptly notify the staff.

  3. Disturbing other guests is not permitted – quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

  4. Smoking is permitted exclusively in designated smoking areas.

  5. The Service Provider may refuse accommodation to persons who are heavily intoxicated or who disturb public order.

§ VI. Pricing, Cancellations and Refunds

  1. All prices are stated in PLN and include VAT.

  2. The deposit is non-refundable.

  3. Cancellations are permitted only if submitted in writing.

  4. Early departure does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights.

§ VII. Additional Services & Equipment

  1. Recreational equipment rentals (kayaks, pedal boats, SUP boards) are provided according to the price list and the rental terms & conditions.

  2. Activities such as paintball, outdoor games and sports activities are provided by external operators – Guests may be asked to sign separate terms & conditions.

  3. Guests are liable for the equipment they use.

§ VIII. Personal Data Protection

Data Controller: Letnisko Wisola. Guest personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on our website.

§ IX. Claims and Complaints

  1. Complaints should be submitted via email, by phone or in writing (contact address and email provided).

  2. A response will be provided within no more than 30 business days.

  3. When submitting a complaint, the Guest may request:

    • a price reduction for the service

    • a full or partial refund of the amount paid

    • removal of defects or provision of the service in accordance with the agreement

    • an alternative form of compensation as agreed with the Service Provider.

    Complaints are processed promptly, and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

§ X. Final Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of the agreement between the Guest and Letnisko Wisola.

  2. By making a reservation or payment, the Guest accepts all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

  3. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions are published on the website and take effect from the time of publication.

  4. For matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, the Act on Electronic Services, and GDPR apply.
